NEW YORK Univision.com and CNET have entered into a content-sharing partnership that will give digital and consumer electronics enthusiasts breaking technology news, product reviews and original videos to help users navigate the high-tech world in Spanish, the companies said this week.

A Spanish-language technology mini-site will be available at Univision.com (keyword: Tecnologia), offering product reviews in five categories, including cell phones, MP3 players, TVs, computers and digital cameras, per a statement.

"The expansion of our technology section is yet another resource we offer to keep U.S. Hispanics abreast of the evolving landscape of technology," Javier Saralegui, president, Univision Online, said in a statement.

Exclusive videos in Spanish will include: "First Look," expert reviews on the latest gadgets; "Product Spotlight," an in-depth look at the most popular products; and two CNET programs, "Insider Secrets" and "Quick Tips," offering advice on how to make the best use of the newest technological products, the companies said.

"With this partnership, we continue to expand our footprint and U.S. Hispanics now have access to even more vital information for the digital world," said Joe Gillespie, evp, CNET.
