"We see customer retention and loyalty marketing becoming a key driver of growth for our clients, not only as we enter an imminent global economic recession, but in the years to come, as well," said Raj, in a statement. "Euro RSCG Discovery's disciplined approach, proprietary tools and digital proficiency will continue to fuel our ability to effectively market to the individual." Euro RSCG 4D's Wilton, Conn., office (primarily a digital marketing operation) will be rolled into Euro RSCG Discovery. Raj will direct operations, key initiatives, client service and new business across the agency's three offices in Chicago, Wilton and Richmond, Va. Euro RSCG 4D will continue to exist as a separate digital and direct agency in other areas of the Euro RSCG network. Raj reports to Ron Bess, Euro RSCG's Chicago CEO and North American COO. "Zain is regarded by many as one of the industry's best prognosticators, particularly in the areas of retail and CRM," said Bess. "I have had the pleasure of working with him for many years and have seen firsthand how knowledgeable and creative he is."
