JWT Adds Smirnoff in Asia-Pacific

Smirnoff has aligned its regional agency duties with JWT to create brand communications and activations across the Asia-Pacific region. Work will commence immediately.

WPP-owned JWT is Smirnoff's global partner based in New York.

The recent alignment covers markets such as Australia, India, Japan, China, Singapore, Malaysia and others. Smirnoff in Singapore worked with Iris previously.

"This is a significant coup for our Sydney office. To be entrusted with creating the communication platforms for this genuinely iconic brand, across the Asia-Pacific region, is both an honor and a great responsibility. We are thrilled to have been appointed and can't wait to begin work," said Noel Magnus, chief executive officer of JWT Australia.

JWT's recent account wins include Five Federal, NSW and McMillan Shakespeare, plus additional projects from Nestle and Johnson & Johnson.
