Y&R Miami/Bravo Group Appoints Pair of New Executive Leaders

Y&R Miami/Bravo Group named a new chief client officer and vice president, executive creative director.

Renée Lavecchia (pictured above) was promoted to the role of chief client officer from her previous position vice president, managing director, leading teams responsible for the Wendy’s and Mazda U.S. Hispanic market accounts. Prior to arriving at the agency in 2006, she served in account director roles for Wunderman and RTC, followed by a brief stint as director of content management, CRM for CP+B Miami.

Federico Hauri (pictured left) was promoted to the role of vice president, executive creative director and will now be tasked with leading creative across all clients. Hauri joined Y&R Miami/Bravo Group as a creative director in May of 2014 and led creative on the Wendy’s U.S. Hispanic market account. He was promoted to a vice president role around two years later. Before joining the agency he spent two years as an associate creative director with Conill Advertising Miami, working on the P&G, Aflac and Miami Short Film Festival accounts.

Lavecchia and Hauri will both report to Bravo Group/Y&R Miami president and CEO Eric Hoyt.

“Renée and Fede will continue to lead our efforts to enhance client-centricity and ensure we achieve our mission of becoming all our clients’ most valuable creative partner,” Hoyt said in a statement. “Their partnership will continue to advance our agency’s culture of performance.”
