We know how much you love our coverage of ad school student projects (which, to be fair, has been sparse in recent months), so we figured we’d ring in the week with this ditty from one Sonia Santos, aka “DJ AD.” The soon-to-be Miami Ad School grad and current LBi art directing intern admits she doesn’t know a damn thing about mixing music (we could say the same about a few well-known DJs), but decided to give it a go in her own special way with a project dubbed “Records Within Records.” Sure, the end result is not the most pleasurable listening experience, but we can appreciate the effort. Whether those who have actually mastered the art of mixing will agree is another story for another time.
