What Do You Know, CP+B Made Leadership Changes in Europe

By Kiran Aditham

So, this happened and apparently under the cloak of night as we haven’t really seen this covered anywhere. But anyhow, CP+B’s Gothenburg office recently underwent some leadership changes. Lead executive Jonas Hedeback is no longer with the agency and in his place is Gustav Martner, EVP/ECD at CP+B who has also taken on the role of managing director of its Swedish branch.

Hedeback and Martner, who co-founded Daddy, which was acquired by CP+B in 2009, were appointed to the agency’s global leadership group earlier this year. But from what sources tell us, Hedeback was feeling “burnt out” from leading an office and is leaving to pursue other interests, albeit on good terms. We figured we’d fill you in since we’re hearing that he’s actually winding things down at CP+B this week. The agency’s Gothenburg quarters services clients Ubisoft, SAS and Sony Mobile. Let’s just hope word travels faster across the pond moving forward.
