George Parker, who is perhaps the biggest fan of Draftfcb, turned us on to this intern recruitment tool for the agency’s Chicago hub that begs the question, “Does this look like the agency you’ve always wanted to work for?” Before you answer immediately, take a gander at the clip first and get a snapshot into its culture.
