-Victory Motorcycles, which is being billed as “the second-largest heavyweight motorcycle brand in the USA,” has appointed Charlotte-based creative studio Tattoo Projects as its agency of record. TP won AOR duties without a review as it’s already been working with Victory on a project basis.

-Minneapolis-based shop Clarity Coverdale Fury has brought on former Olson senior art director Emily Hoyne as an ACD. In addition, CCF has promoted Elizabeth Clarity to project coordinator/new business.
