We’ve been told by sources familiar with the matter that Alessandra Lariu notified Mcann NY management on Friday that she would be leaving the agency. We don’t have an exact date on Lariu’s departure as of yet, but sources say she’s leaving to pursue personal projects.
Lariu has been with McCann for nearly three years, serving as SVP/digital GCD and has won awards including Cannes Lions and One Show Interactive. Prior to joining McCann, she was an ACD at AKQA. We hear that Lariu might be splitting from her current agency to further focus on female digital creative network, SheSays.
