I was reading the article in Adage that talked about the resurgence of agency bars. It listed the descriptions of each of the bars (
which I posted for you after the jump You can read at Adage) and talked about how agencies are boozing more than ever. I have worked for a few of these agencies, so I’m familiar with some of the “bar scene”. It’s just commonplace that if you work in advertising, you are usually around a party environment. There is no “reverting back to a booze culture” as the article suggests. That culture never waned.
