VSA Partners Acquires NYC Digital Shop

By Kiran Aditham

The embargo has lifted on this one so figured we’d kick off things with the news that VSA Partners has bought up NYC-based digital agency Tender Creative, which houses 26 staffers and works with clients ranging from Estee Lauder to the MoMA. Besides the fact that they share a client in Nike as well, VSA’s goal in acquiring Tender was to expand its digital capabilities and bolster its New York presence. VSA, which has been a roster shop for Harley-Davidson for several years, also has offices in Minneapolis and Chicago.

Regarding the move, VSA CEO Dana Arnett says in a statement, “As we continue to build and grow a best-in-class privately held agency, this is naturally an exciting moment for VSA. Tender enhances our ability to deliver fully integrated strategic and creative services that very few agencies are able to operationalize in a holistic manner. Having collaborated with Tender over the last decade, we’re looking forward to capitalizing on more opportunities.”
