Vega Joins Doria at W+K Sao Paulo

By Kiran Aditham

Guillermo Vega, who has basically been a Young & Rubicam lifer and spent the last three years in NYC as a creative director, has left for an ECD gig at W+K Sao Paulo. The network’s recently opened Brazilian branch lured Icaro Doria back to South America to co-lead the agency and it now appears that he’s got a new partner-in-crime.

Vega and Doria will run the 25-strong shop along with managing director Andre Gustavo. Prior to joining Y&R’s New York office, Vega spent nearly a decade as a CD then ECD at the network’s Buenos Aires office. You can read the somewhat broken Google translation announcing Vega’s arrival here.
