Union Bank Doubles Down on Eleven

By Kiran Aditham

Following a review that kicked off in the fall of last year, San Francisco-based Union Bank N.A. has finally chosen hometown operation Eleven as its new advertising agency of record. Eleven, which last we reported parted ways with Callaway Golf last June, beat out the likes of Ogilvy, RPA and incumbent Dentsu in the process. The new AOR will of course be responsible for the standard TV, print, digital, social and mobile work  and you can expect the first work from Eleven to debut in Q2 of this year.

Union Bank EVP/CMO Art Smith says in a statement, “Eleven has a well-established reputation for being able to creatively translate a growing brand’s complex business and product offerings into compelling advertising and marketing campaigns that challenge industry conventions and drive new business.  Together we will communicate that Union Bank is offering a new kind of banking experience, built on a foundation of trust and integrity that dates back to 1864.”
