No wonder David Koechner had no shot with Sarah Silverman at Denny’s. The comedienne was in the midst of a tumultuous, on-again, off-again relationship with Juicy Fruit’s singing mascot, the Serenading Unicorn. Well, that’s the ludicrous premise of what we’ve been told is the final video from EVB’s latest campaign for the Wrigley brand. We’ve covered this since the clips were first rolled out, so why the hell not finish things up. Here’s a music video in which the Unicorn recalls the ups and downs of his love affair with Silverman while crooning to the tune of Aerosmith’s “Angel.” We think “Cryin'” would’ve been just as appropriate, though. Now, you can rest easy folks, the unicorn frenzy appears to have come to an end…for now.
