Two Ex-HUGE VPs Identified?

By Kiran Aditham

We know you’ve been breathlessly awaiting the thrilling answers to yesterday’s blind item, which compelled one generous tipster to take it upon him/herself to identify the two VPs who “left” Brooklyn-based, IPG-owned digital shop HUGE.

According to our spy, they are James Townsend, who was indeed VP, client services and VP of strategy who goes by the name of Rori D. on her LinkedIn profile, which confirms that the latter left just after three months. Prior to that, Rori as we’ll call her spent six years at Ogilvy, where her profile says she served as partner, director of digital strategy on IBM, Kodak and Unilever. As for Townsend, who lasted all of six months at HUGE, his resume includes account side stints at Goodby and Ogilvy as well. A call to HUGE confirmed he’s no longer there. We now return to our regularly scheduled blogging.
