Perhaps this spells the end of “Go Forth” as AdAge reports that Levi’s and W+K have parted ways after five years. As has been the case plenty of times before, new CMO = agency change. link

-London-based Kitcatt Nohr Digitas (one of our favorite agency names at the moment) has undergone a management shift as Vonnie Alexander, the founding client partner of the agency, is taking on the newly created role of managing director. Meanwhile, COO and fellow founding partner Jeremy Shaw is stepping down after 30 years of running agencies. In addition, Ben Golik will become ECD and Andrew Purdy is assuming the role of head of project management and operations.

-Goldfrapp is the belle of the ball this week in the ad world as the U.K. duo’s music not only appears in Apple’s new iPhone 5S spot, but in the new campaign from BBDO NY for Belvedere Vodka (one clip above, second clip here). link

-Global production company The Sweet Shop has appointed Laura Thoel, who spent the last eight-and-a-half years as executive producer at Smuggler, as managing director if L.A. office.

-A couple of Colorado organizations draw heavy inspiration from “Got Milk?” to create web ads touting, yes, “Brosurance” (ugh). link

-L.A.-based prodco Boxer Films has signed director Mireia Pujol for her first-ever U.S. commercial representation.

-McDonald’s 86’s its dollar menu, launches “Dollar Menu & More.” link

-We’re sure the lines are already forming as Apple has unveiled the iPad Air and the next-gen iPad Mini. link; link
