-It appears General Motors is killing Commonwealth and, as mentioned earlier this week, shifting the majority of its ad duties to McCann. link

-Former IPG-owned, now-indie agency Story Worldwide has appointed Tribal DDB/R/GA alum Rob Rasmussen as its first-ever chief creative officer. If you recall, Rasmussen parted ways with Tribal nearly nine months ago.

-Current OgilvyOne COO Gunther Schumacher has added president to his title. In addition, said agency has added four new board members including OgilvyOne China president Angel Chen, EMEA chief digital officer Patou Nuytemans, OgilvyOne London CEO Sam Williams-Thomas and Neo@Ogilvy CEO, North America, Sean Muzzy.

-Culver City/Vancouver-based VFX house Zoic Studios has signed Emmy-winning Rainer Gombos as creative director/VFX supervisor.
