-As expected, Apple did unveil the iPad Mini as well as a fourth-generation iPad. link

-Droga5 ECD Ted Royer will serve as Advertising jury chair and Naked Sao Paolo creative partner Fernanda Romana will lead Interactive jury for next year’s ADC Awards, which for the first time will be moving out of New York (and into South Beach). Call for entries info, etc., is here.

-Deutsch LA and director Simon McQuoid follow up their popular “Michael” spot for Playstation with another epic promo, this time for the game, PS All-Stars Battle Royale (above).

-VML appointed Kim Easley as director of talent acquisition. The new hire will work out of the WPP agency’s New York office.

-Publicis Groupe’s Rosetta hired John Copeland in the newly created role of  managing partner/co-leader of the Marketing Strategy & Insights practice. Copeland will be based in Rosetta’s Chicago office.
