-Campaign is reporting that Grey and BBDO are taking on JWT for the HSBC global creative biz. We’re checking with both agencies as we speak. link (Update: On BBDO’s end at least, we’ve been told that no discussions have taken place ).

-Speaking of Grey Group, the agency network agreed to acquire a majority stake in China’s ArtM Communications Group, which will now be re-branded as Grey ArtM Marketing Communications.

-After 13 years of service at Minneapolis-based Little & Co., president/CCO Joe Cecere has been named part owner of the agency.

-London-based agency Ignite hired Rich Wilson in the newly created role of head of digital.
