-Creative director Ramaa Mosley and executive producer Hope Farley have launched the aptly named production company Adolescent, which represents directors age 13-25 and is the new satellite venture of Splendid and Co.

-Austin Scott, Senior Art Director at BBDO Chicago, has created The Colors Book, a children’s book “hell bent on turning the next generation into better art directors.” link
