– Omnicom agencies Dieste and The Marketing Arm have teamed up to form a new multicultural promotions agency unit called Cultur8, which will be based in Dallas but will also have offices in NYC and LA.

-Speaking of Omnicom, Milwaukee-based, entertainment/music/lifestyle-focused GMR Marketing, which operates within the holding company’s DAS division, has welcomed Julie Yenichek as VP of client management.

-Starcom USA has welcomed Mullen alum Christine Bradt as SVP/director and Starcy Karabuykov, formerly director of media consolidation at Innocean, as VP/director of its Los Angeles office.

-Minneapolis-based, IPG-owned agency Campbell Mithun has launched the “What Matters” site for Wellmark BlueCross BlueShield, which is an extension of CM’s ongoing “Promises Matter” campaign for its client. link
