-Five-year-old U.K. agency Grape Digital has relaunched as Krowd. In addition to the rebranding, the agency has hired Dan Holt from Analog Folk Sydney as senior planner, Viral Factory alum Alex Micu as content developer and ex-Mindshare Invention producer, Sanjit Deb.

-Minneapolis-based advertising agency Clarity Coverdale Fury announced today that Rob Rankin has been named president/CEO.
