It sure has been a busy week in the land of Digitas, hasn’t it? Now, we’ve received confirmation that Susan Canavari, who has spent nearly four years at the agency and currently serves as EVP, marketing, is leaving. From what sources tell us, she’s headed to McGarryBowen.
During her time at Digitas, Canavari was responsible for all non-American Express accounts in the New York office and was appointed to lead the Kraft Foods One Team, which was formed at the end of ’09 and united MediaVest and Digitas’ Kraft units in order to better serve the Publicis Groupe agencies’ global AOR relationship with the brand. We’ve reached out to McGarryBowen to find out what Canavari’s start date, new title, etc. is. Update: Sources confirm Canavari is joining McGarryBowen, but nothing else has been revealed in terms of what her role there will be. We should find out soon enough, though.
