Southwest Staff Will Nearly Get Run Over to Save You from Baggage Fees

GSD&M Idea City’s premise for its latest phase of the “Bags Fly Free” initiative for Southwest Airlines, dubbed “Good Cop, Bag Cop,” is that the airline’s employees always do the right thing by their customers by going as far as pulling planes over and saving them from a dreaded $120 baggage fee. Someone’s watched Die Hard 2 one too many times, but at least Southwest isn’t being as ridiculous as this overcharging competitor. Check out the other two spots after the jump.
