The American Advertising Federation has unveiled its list of seven inductees who will comprise the 2011 Advertising Hall of Achievement. Among the more notable names making the grade in this year’s AH0A, which honors industry pros age 40 and under, are Droga5 head of strategy Jonny Bauer (FYI, his boss, David Droga, is a Hall of Achievement member and on its Council of Judges), W+K global interactive creative director Iain Tait and Carolyn Everson, the former Microsoft ad sales chief who jumped ship in February and joined up with Facebook as VP, global marketing solutions.

This year, it looks like the AAF is trying to get more intimate with Silicon Valley because for the first time ever, the Advertising Hall of Achievement induction ceremony will take place on the West Coast–The Palace Hotel in San Francisco to be exact (on Nov. 2).
