R/GA’s Vin Farrell Appointed VP for Agency’s Digital Studio

R/GA announced that Vin Farrell, currently serving as head of production, has been bumped up to VP for the agency’s digital studio.

In addition to what the new job post demands of him, Farrell will be charged with expanding R/GA’s digital studio to R/GA’s global offices while working closely with Nick Law, EVP, chief creative officer, North America.
The one and only Bob Greenberg, R/GA’s chairman, CEO, and global chief creative officer, says in a statement, “R/GA has an esteemed production legacy with more than 30 years of experience in the space. Our award-winning Digital Studio is a vital component of our agency model, and Vin is just the person to take the group to the next level, Vin’s ability to leverage both traditional and digital production strategies has helped position R/GA as an industry leader.”

Farrell has achieved a series of high-level accomplishments while at R/GA, including growing revenue in the last year by 65 percent and being directly involved in more than 650 jobs. From 2004 to 2006, Farrell was an agency producer at Digitas, where he produced and directed works for the New York Times, Pfizer, the Boston Globe, Gillette, FedEx, American Express, General Motors, Eli Lilly, and KitchenAid.
