Razorfish Partners with Devin Super Tramp for Mercedes-Benz

Razorfish teamed up with extreme sport videographer Devin Super Tramp to launch a new online spot for Mercedes-Benz which sees the 2017 C-Class Coupe facing off against a parkour athlete and an RC Car at a parkour obstacle course. 

We’re not sure how exactly a performance luxury vehicle facing off against a human and a toy car is “The Ultimate Race!” but that’s what it’s called at any rate. Spoiler alert: the 2017 C-Class Coupe wins. Mr. Super Tramp hosted the video on his own YouTube page (which has over 3.9 million subscribers and over 736 million total views) to ensure more eyeballs for Mercedes’ presumably fairly moderate investment. We’re not sure what Devin’s audience will make of the stunt and even more unclear on where the luxury vehicle/extreme sport aficionado overlap lies, but such are the mysteries of modern advertising.
