Publicis Hal Riney has resigned the Pinnacle Foods account as of this past Friday. The agency has worked on the brand for the last two years. The agency will will work closely with the brand to fulfill their outstanding issues, as well as help transition the business to the new agency. Who is that new agency is? No idea.

So, why did Publicis Hal Riney resign the account? Officially, they have no comment. My guess from the info we are hearing is that they are making room for a new client. I would expect a nice fat press release to be dropping in the next week to two. Bet. Who could it be?
