Pereira & O’Dell Expands Creative, Strategy Teams on Both Coasts

Pereira & O’Dell has boosted its creative teams in New York and San Francisco through a series of hires and promotions.

“These new hires demonstrate that our agency is not only investing in leadership talent but are escalating those internally with a proven track record to leadership roles,” Pereira & O’Dell co-founder and CEO Andrew O’Dell said in a statement. “We’re proud to have amassed an enviable roster of clients and the surest path to impactful work is to have the strongest strategy and creative chops in the business.”

Creative directors Suz Keen and Nick Sonderup join Pereira & O’Dell New York from Translation and Ogilvy & Mather, respectively. Head of strategy Tom Naughton joins the agency from BBDO, while director of communications strategy Antoine Brown arrives from Huge and brand strategy director Nina Hensarling most recently served as a senior brand and communications planner at BBDO.

Brand strategy directors Sam Renbarger and Lauren Sooudi join the agency’s San Francisco office from Heat. Pereira & O’Dell San Francisco also promoted Katie Brinkworth and Estefanio Holtz to roles as creative directors.

The series of hires and promotions follow new business with clients including Mini, Netflix, General Mills Fifth Third, FTD and Rover.com.
