To land the gig, you’ll need at least five years of art direction experience and formal design training, along with exceptional conceptual and design skills (obviously). An understanding of web production is essential, and expert knowledge of Photoshop, Image Ready, Illustrator & Quark/Indesign is a must-have. If you know a thing or two about Flash, After Effects and video production, even better. Ideal candidates can apply here.
