Mark Lewis Headed to Venables

By Kiran Aditham

Sources familiar with the matter have confirmed that Mark Lewis (pictured) is taking on the group planning director role at Venables Bell & Partners.

Last week, Nick Chapman, who was brand strategy director at VB&P on the ConAgra business and more left the agency for a lead strategy role at Pereira & O’Dell. From what we’re hearing from our spies, Lewis will take over as planning director on ConAgra and is tasked to “start a planning-ness type model at the agency”…whatever that means. Prior to Venables, Lewis served as strategy director at Redscout, spent four years as a planning director at DDB SF and also held a senior brand strategist at Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal + Partners.
