Launchpad Promotes Ross to Partner

By Kiran Aditham

Fifteen months after joining up with the New York-based “Interaction Agency” known as Launchpad, executive creative director Noah Ross has now gained partner status at the shop. Ross signed on with Launchpad last summer after a three-year stint at experiential marketing agency Fathom, where he worked on campaigns for Mayor Bloomberg among others. During his career, the creative has also put in work at  McCann Erickson and TracyLocke, where he served as art director and ACD, respectively, in the mid-to-late aughts.

As a result of his promotion, Ross becomes the third partner at Launchpad, joining Scott Elser and David Low. Since he joined last year, the agency’s staff count has doubled to over 40 and counting.
