Sources familiar with the matter confirm that Jim Lyons, who’s served as president of RAPP’s U.S. operations for nearly eight years, has left the agency to start his own marketing consulting business. Lyons spent a total of 11 years at RAPP, serving as president of Optima Direct/Rapp Collins prior to taking his on his current post.
