IPG Transitions a Piece of Pepsi to Huge, Shows Signs of Organization

AgencySpy has learned that the digital portion of TBWA LA’s Pepsi account is moving to Huge, an IPG-staked agency.

The Pepsi account has never paid much, unless your last name is Arnell, so the money portion of this move isn’t really the big news. What’s more interesting is that a once-fragmented IPG seems to be getting its stuff together. After-all, they managed to keep the business under their umbrella.

Let’s not forget that the digital business was, in a previous life, at R/GA. Chiat LA is still the agency of record, of course.

As for the reason for the move: don’t be quick to jump on Chiat. We hear the change was somehow due to internal quibbling at Pepsi.
