Havas New York Hires Jon Dupuis as Chief Performance Marketing Officer, Managing Director

Jon DupuisHavas New York welcomed Jon Dupuis in the newly-created role of chief performance marketing officer and managing director. He will be tasked with optimizing performance marketing capabilities for the agency’s clients while reporting to Havas New York president Laura Maness, who was promoted to that role last February.

“Jon is a hybrid marketer with a deep understanding of creative, digital, data and media, and a proven track record for leading marketers through transformative growth and organisational change,” Maness said in a statement published on LBB. “His strengths are a great match for Havas, as we continue to break new ground in creativity using the tools of modern marketing.”

Dupuis joins Havas from DigitasLBi, where he has served as senior vice president, marketing for the past six and a half years, where he led the agency’s American Express account and also helped the agency build a relationship with Under Armour, for which it provides performance media agency of record duties. Prior to Digitas, Dupuis spent nearly three years as vice president, group account director with Canadian agnecy Cossette. Back in early 2002, he co-founded the agency NYCA, where he served as vice president, director of client management for over five and a half years.
