GS&P Finds ECD for Detroit

It’s been a Chevy kind of day, we suppose, as Goodby has announced that it’s hired Rick Dennis to serve as executive creative director on the automaker’s account.

As is to be expected with an ECD position, Dennis will oversee all creative duties on Chevrolet out of GS&P’s Detroit office while working closely with Goodby SF ECDs Rick Condos and Hunter Hindman.

Dennis isn’t moving very far as he arrives from BBDO Detroit, where he spent the last nine years and most recently served as ECD. Interestingly enough, he began his agency career in the BBDO mailroom before moving on to serve as a writer at JWT in the late 80’s/early 90’s, then holding a similar post at CME for six years.

In addition to Dennis, Goodby welcomed Organic alum Traci Armstrong as Detroit talent director.
