GS&P Bolsters Creative Department With Pair of CD Promotions

Goodby Silverstein & Partners promoted Patrick Knowlton (pictured) and Jon Wolanske to roles as creative directors.

Knowlton will continue to lead work on the agency’s Adobe account, along with his partner, creative director and associate partner Will Elliott, and will also oversee work for Cisco. Wolanske will continue to be responsible for creative on the Sonic account, as well as continuing to manage work on Frito-Lay’s Tostitos and Cheetos brands. 

Knowlton originally joined GS&P as a senior art director in November of 2010 and was then named associate creative director in 2014. Before joining the agency, he spent a year with CP+B as a senior interactive art director. Before that, he spent two years as a senior art director with G2. That followed art director positions at Arkham and Cheese Marquis.

Wolanske joined the agency as a junior copywriter in 2007. A one-time anchor of an agency TV show, he has helped create campaigns for brands including Doritos, Netflix, Sprint, Pop Secret, the California Milk Processor Board and Emerald Nuts for GS&P.
