Grey Alum Golden Resurfaces at Story Worldwide

By Kiran Aditham

Remember Josh Golden? Well, in case you don’t, he was the chap who joined up with Grey NY in the fall of 2010 as its first chief digital officer, but eventually lasted only about seven months at the agency. Anyhow, we figured we’d update you on his whereabouts as Golden (right) has wound up at indie operation Story Worldwide, where he serves as North American EVP of marketing and strategy (Story’s current NA offices are based in New York and Seattle, with international branches located in Hong Kong, London and Nagoya). Prior to Grey, Golden spent three years as managing director at Euro RSCG New York.

Joining him at Story, which works with clients ranging from Unilever and J&J to General Mills and Finlandia, is Gian LaVecchia, who has been tapped as EVP, digital media and leader of the agency’s new Story Media division. LaVecchia joins Story from Publicis Modem, where he spent 12 years and last served as SVP, group media director.
