This morning Minneapolis digital agency space150 announced the hiring of “multi-disciplinary artist” and agency veteran Brock Davis, most recently GCD at OLSON, in the same role effective immediately.

Davis has worked in the industry for nearly two decades. ECD Brian Ritchie writes that the hire “helps expand our content creation expertise while also elevating our design offering.”

Outside the agency world, Davis has created a line of kids’ t-shirts for Target. He recently took control of the company’s Instagram account to promote its “Design Crush” series; a subsequent Medium story describes him as “advertising royalty.”

Prior to joining OLSON one year ago, Davis was GCD/Art Director at Carmichael Lynch for nearly nine years. He also spent time as AD at Minneapolis agencies Martin Williams, Hunt Adkins and Peterson Milla Hooks.

Davis’s portfolio includes work for Subaru, Harley-Davidson, Porsche, Gibson Guitars, The Minnesota Twins and Jack Links Beef Jerky, for which he created the “Messin’ with Sasquatch” campaign.

space150 founder and CEO Billy Jurewicz writes:

“…we are beyond ecstatic to leverage his creative and social media brilliance to propel us and our clients to create better ideas, content, and experiences.”
