The Association of National Advertisers (ANA) responded to the American Association of Advertising Agencies’ “Transparency Guiding Principles of Conduct” with a statement saying that it “appreciates the elevated focus on transparency, but the guidelines are premature, and continued attention is needed to address the lack of industry transparency that the ANA has highlighted for the last four years.”
