-Ten days after we first heard that Goya parted ways with Grey Group’s Latino-focused unit Wing, the Hispanic food producer has officially found a new ad agency partner in NYC/Dallas-based Dieste.

-MDC Partners has hired former Harrah’s & Caesars Entertainment CMO David Norton to lead analytics and consumer insights efforts across the network.

-Marc Landsberg, former CEO of MRM Worldwide and ARC Worldwide, has formed a new social media agency called socialdeviant. link

-And now, another anonymous E*Trade tip, verbatim: “We are pitching Etrade today. The brief is to move beyond the baby.” Well, we could’ve figured that out but there are a few familiar names being thrown out there from the Omnicoms and WPPs of the world, but as expected, they’re not commenting.

-Shaq and hip-hop artist Tyga try to have an, um, uplifting conversation while promoting the former’s rather hypnotic “Shaqnosis” sneakers” in a new spot from BBDO NY for Foot Locker (above).

-Twinkies is beginning its comeback ahead of schedule at, where else, Wal-Mart. link

-The Hulu sale is kaput as co-owners 21st Century Fox, NBCU and Disney say they’ll invest $750 million to “continue to empower the Hulu team.” link
