-New York-based experience design practice Sub Rosa has opened a new office in London and hired O&M London alum LouLou Ullmark as its managing director.

-Mobile, AL-based Red Square Agency has promoted Sarah Jones to president and Elena Freed to EVP/COO. Meanwhile, Rich Sullivan will assume the title of CEO and continue in his capacity as ECD at Red Square.

-In case you didn’t catch it, here’s the heartwarming new holiday campaign from KBS+ for BMW in which several agency staffers documented their Thanksgiving travels on their iPhones and cameras. The footage has been subsequently edited down to a nearly two-minute digital film, which BMW is also turning into a 60-second spot to air nationally in the coming weeks.
