Because we know you’ve been on pins and needles about this, we wanted to update you on the status of Peter Viento, who spent the last three-and-a-half years at Saatchi & Saatchi X New York as ECD, but parted ways with the agency just a few weeks ago. Well, Viento reached out to let us know that he’s fine and dandy and has landed a new gig at another shopper marketing agency called MARS, which is based in Southfield, MI, but has nine other offices scattered throughout North America and the U.K. Viento will be based in the New York office on Madison Ave and will once again assume the title of executive creative director.
During his time as ECD at Saatchi X, Viento worked on global brands including Smirnoff, LG and Wendy’s. Prior to X, he spent three years as SVP, creative director at Ogilvy and a dozen years as VP, creative director at G2 before that.
