Some time has passed since we last heard some from the Evolution Bureau, but now, the San Francisco-based digital shop is letting us know that it’s hired Aaron Mcguire as its new director of technology and innovation. Yeah, the tech guys are getting some love on the site today and Mcguire is taking his talents to EVB after spending the last three-plus years at Crispin Porter + Bogusky.
During his time at CP+B, Mcguire moved his way up from senior interactive developer to senior technology lead. Along the way, he collaborated with creative teams and project managers and led technology efforts for Burger King, VW.com, Old Navy and Domino’s.
In his new post at EVB, Mcguire will oversee the technical development and focus on digital innovation for all the agency’s clients including Nike, Facebook, Camelbak and Wrigley. The new director will work in partnership with EVB ECD Stephen Goldblatt.
