Elf Yourself Returns, Invites Facebook and Twitter to the Dance

Despite essentially being dissed by OfficeMax last year, Toy and EVB’s holiday viral phenom for the brand that is “Elf Yourself” lives on via JibJab Media, which has now added Facebook and Twitter functions to the mix.

According to Brand Republic, after a traffic drop last year thanks to account registration requirements, the campaign now lets users click through to their Facebook photo albums to choose pics, then share the subsequent videos on their Facebook wall, on Twitter or by plain old email. You can choose up to five people (or dogs) to “elf” and if you’re extra proud of your handiwork, you can also plant your goofy mugs on gift items.
