Don’t Forget to Dress the Part for ‘Steve Jobs Day’

By Kiran Aditham

On October 14, get ready to bust out your black turtleneck, jeans and specs as creative director Todd Slutzky, who works out of Atlanta-based Studiocom, is celebrating the legacy of now-resigned Apple don Steve Jobs by, what else, dressing up as him. Slutzky, who has ordained that Friday as “Steve Jobs Day,” tells us, “I had the idea and my agency has been generous enough to support me in [bringing] the project to life. It was born from the sincere acknowledgment about what a tremendous affect Steve’s work has had on my life and career and on the lives of so many others in our field and many others.”

To promote this “event” of sorts, Slutzky and his crew have also created Tumblr sites that look back on Jobs history and, of course, cats. Now, we just have to figure out if this tribute is better than what the Pantless Knights came up with.
