Digitas Alum Harms Lands at Possible

By Kiran Aditham

Nearly two months after leaving her managing director post at Digitas Detroit to “pursue other opportunities,” Tamy Harms has found a new gig at Possible Worldwide’s Cincinnati office, where she will now assume the role of president and lead a staff of 200-plus. Harms succeeds Jodi Schmidtgoesling, who has now been bumped up to the new, global position of chief client officer, fast moving consumer goods (when did this category become a thing?) at the WPP-owned agency network.

As mentioned, Harms joins Possible’s Cincy branch from Digitas, where she spent eight years and subsequently moved up the ladder from VP/marketing to her most recent role as SVP/MD. Possible Cincinnati currently serves clients from P&G (Febreze, Vicks and Bounty), ConAgra (Hunt’s, Orville Redenbacher) and Smucker’s.
