Digital Creative Director out at Dailey

By Kiran Aditham

Perhaps it was our posting of Dailey’s LMFAO tribute for Movember that spurred the tipsters on, but whatever the case may be, they were, as usual, somewhat in the right. We’ve received confirmation that Gabrielle Weinman, who’s spent the two-and-a-half years as EVP/chief digital creative director, is no longer with the IPG-owned, L.A.-based agency. Weinman, who’s still listed on Dailey’s leadership/people page, was one of three creatives who absorbed the duties of CCO Steve Rabosky once he left the agency after IPG aligned it with Draftfcb back in summer 2010.

Prior to Dailey, Weinman spent two-and-a-half years as well at fellow L.A.-based shop, Ignited, serving as group creative director and helping land new business including NBCU digital. During her career, the creative exec also worked as a CD at Team One and an art director early on in her career at Hill Holliday. From what we’ve heard, Weinman was just one of a few folks affected by cuts Dailey made this week. We’re trying to get more word on the matter.
