Deutsch NY Now Adds New SVP/GCD to PNC

By Kiran Aditham

Seems like it’s been a pretty busy week on the hiring front at Deutsch. Just days after Mike Schackle joined the New York office to work on Microsoft (not to mention Matt Ian heading to LA), the agency has now brought on another SVP/GCD aboard in NYC, namely Jeff Vinick, who will work on the PNC business and other creative efforts.

Vinick is no stranger to the agency or the accounts he’s been assigned to as he previously worked at Deutsch NY on PNC and new business before heading to Grey New York.  During his 18 months at the latter agency, Vinick served as a group creative director and wrote copy for the E*Trade baby ads while also leading creative on the NFL and TBS/TNT business. The creative spent most of his career (nearly a decade), though, at Merkley + Partners, where he helped launch JetBlue and served as creative director on Forbes, Fila and Mercedes-Benz.
