De Niro & Pacino Are Having None Of It

By SuperSpy

Robert De Niro and Al Pacino are pissed. The duo have filed a federal lawsuit against Overture Films and watch brand, Tutima, over a commercial “tie-in,” which appeared in-conjunction with their flop of a film, “Righteous Kill.” The stars say they never authorized the commercial tie-in, which uses their names, voices and likenesses. They are seeking unspecified damages.

Robert De Niro is an old hat when it comes to commercializing his image. American Express anyone? Or, what about the Thanksgiving themed spot below for New York? Gawd. I sadly missed this one. It’s totally entertaining. Oh and yes, that is Billy Crystal in the turkey suit.
